So far it has just been annoying but I can see if I was navigating or using the hands free how this could cause numerous issues. The 2004 Chevrolet Malibu has 1 problems reported for radio turns on when car is off. I'm having a similar issues I had a pioneer radio the Bluetooth setting vanished, the radio was replaced with another pioneer than a day later would switch off automatically wouldn't switch back on until by itself approximately 20 minutes later but then would stay off again.
